Return Policy

TAM Retail offers a DOA return or exchange on equipment purchases within 10 days. If equipment arrives DOA, you may return it to us for a full refund based on the original form of payment if it is:

New and unused
In its original packaging and includes any applicable accessories
Accompanied by the original purchase sales receipt

The following products may NOT be returned:

Special or Custom orders

TAM Software (See MSLSA)
Services rendered
Items not purchased at TAM Retail

Returns or exchanges without a receipt will be offered a store credit for the lowest price or offered the manufacturers’ contact information.

TAM Retail reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges are subject to TAM Retail approval. TAM Retail reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
